ABCO Cleaning Products Finalizes Acquisition Of Carolina Mop Company

ABCO logoABCO Cleaning Products, a provider of sustainable cleaning tools, has acquired Carolina Mop Company, strengthening its position in the commercial cleaning industry.

“This strategic acquisition enhances ABCO’s vertical integration and expands its manufacturing capabilities,” according to a press release. “By leveraging shared expertise and capabilities, ABCO will provide Carolina Mop distributors with greater value, improved efficiency and new growth opportunities.

“Additionally, ABCO and Carolina Mop Company customers will benefit from an expanded product line. That includes Green Seal-certified Natura Yarn mopping products, the UL-validated Natura line of lobby dustpans, angle brooms, brushes and janitor carts made from recycled plastic, as well as commercial-grade waste receptacles and dollies. These products are manufactured in ABCO’s state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring the same commitment to quality and customer service that both brands have been known for.”
