API Industries/Aluf Plastics Acquires Earthfirst Films

API Industries (d/b/a Aluf Plastics), a manufacturer of mono and multi-layered polyethylene products including trash can liners and industrial packaging items, has announced the acquisition of Earthfirst Films.

“Headquartered in Columbus, OH, Earthfirst Films is a prominent player in the compostable sealant and barrier sealant films within the food, beverage, medical and other industries,” according to a press release. “This strategic acquisition reinforces API Industries’ commitment to innovation, expanding its capabilities, and providing enhanced solutions to clients across the plastics industry.
