Aramsco Purchases Striping Service And Supply

Aramsco acquires Texas-Based Distributor, Striping Service and Supply LLC (3S). The acquisition of Striping Service and Supply includes 3S’s facilities in Grand Prairie, TX, and Sanford, FL, and expands Aramsco’s product portfolio to include road safety and pavement marking products, traffic and custom signs, and fabrication services of truck-mounted attenuators and special-use trailers.

“We are delighted to welcome the 3S team to the Aramsco family. This is a new market for Aramsco. It was important to us to pick a partner with a strong history in the industry and experienced team members who would allow us to provide exceptional service to existing customers — while also looking toward future growth opportunities in this space,” Andrew Liebert, Aramsco executive vice president of sales and operations, said.

The acquisition of 3S marks a significant expansion for Aramsco into the road safety and pavement marking market. By adding 3S’s expertise and product offerings to their portfolio, Aramsco can now offer their customers a wider range of products and services, including custom signs and fabrication services. The acquisition will also enable Aramsco to serve new customers in the transportation and construction industries.

Striping Service and Supply LLC has been in business since 2003 and has a reputation for providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Their experienced team members will be joining the Aramsco family, allowing the company to continue delivering exceptional service to their existing customers while expanding their offerings to new customers.
