Aramsco Acquires Transafe

Aramsco  has purchased Lawrenceville, GA-based distributor Transafe.

Aramsco’s acquisition of Transafe expands the company’s presence in the traffic control, safety, and pavement market. Transafe distributes traffic safety supplies, pavement marking materials, traffic control products, and signs to government agencies and specialty contractors. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
