BEST Names John Serka As VP Of Finance

BEST has appointed John Serka as vice president of finance. Serka joins BEST from ElectraMeccanica, where he served as director of finance. He has also worked in financial leadership roles for such companies as Uni-Select Inc. and Lordco Auto Parts.
