Please come by and say hello to President/Publisher Randy Green, National Sales Manager Noelle Green, myself, Editor Harrell Kerkhoff, and my wife, Sharri Kerkhoff.
This year’s ISSA Show North America will also feature the event’s well-known educational sessions. Topics will include the latest in cleaning-related regulatory and sustainability issues, tech trends, distributor strategies, customer service guidance, employee training, AI capabilities — and much more.
Maintenance Sales News Magazine recently interviewed just some of the many educational session speakers who will be at this year’s ISSA Show. The objective was to learn more about the vast educational opportunities available at the event. Please visit article in this issue.
Also in this issue are many ISSA Product Spotlights, featuring innovative jan/san-related products that can be viewed in full detail during this year’s ISSA Show North America.
The cover article for the October 2025 issue of MSN focuses on Scoles Systems, a third-generation, family-owned and operated jan/san distributorship located in Wall Township, NJ. The company was started in 1951 by Bill Scoles — father of past company president Jon Scoles and grandfather of current president Matthew Scoles and managing partner Phil Scoles.
Today, Scoles Systems provides cleaning equipment, janitorial supplies, and expert knowledge and training throughout New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area.
Phil Scoles underscored the value of service rooted in the company’s many relationships: “What truly sets us apart is the family-style service we bring to every customer. People want to know they’re working with someone who understands their needs, cares about their successes, and will pick up the phone when they call. That kind of trust and personal attention is something technology can never replace — and it’s been the foundation of Scoles Systems since the beginning.”
Along with several informative thought leadership articles, the October issue of MSN also focuses on the magazine’s New Products Award winners. MSN subscribers voted on the entries, with first place given in different categories.
There were many different products to be judged, which indicated to me the amount of innovation that continually takes place in the industry — allowing away-from-home facilities of all types to remain clean and safe well into the future. Product innovation also benefits distributors as it gives them new items to showcase when meeting with current and potential customers.
