Hospeco Acquires Canadian Manufacturer Innocore

Hospeco Brands Group (HBG) acquires Canadian Manufacturer Innocore. The acquisition expands HBG’s product portfolio by adding Innocore’s Touch Point® and Certainty® Brands pre-moistened, non-woven, surface and personal wipes, and other hand care products. Existing Innocore customers will also have access to HBG’s full product line, expanding the company’s North American footprint. Per the terms of the deal, Innocore’s full management team will continue to oversee the business under the HBG umbrella.

“The addition of Innocore to Hospeco Brands Group provides us with a stronger Canadian infrastructure, which in turn allows us to better support our current Canadian distribution partners,” HBG Executive Vice President Bill Hemann said. “As our north-of-the-border distribution shifts to Innocore’s Ontario base, our partners can look forward to reduced lead times, an expanded product offering, and resident support. It’s very exciting.”

Furthermore, Innocore customers will gain access to HBG’s full product range, increasing the company’s footprint in North America. The acquisition also strengthens HBG’s Canadian infrastructure, supporting its current distribution partners with reduced lead times and resident support.

In addition to that, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has created a surge in demand for such products, and HBG is well-positioned to capitalize on this trend with the addition of Innocore’s wipes to its existing product line.
