The transaction represents the 86th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively. “3G Packaging is a fast-growing business in the industrial packaging marketspace. 3G Packaging has been in the Top100 fastest growing companies for 10 consecutive years from 2012 to 2022, and its culture aligns seamlessly with Imperial Dade. “3G is a great strategic fit with Imperial Dade, further expanding our presence in New York. Their relentless focus on customer service aligns well with Imperial Dade,” Jason Tillis added.
