Imperial Dade Acquires S. Freedman & Sons, Inc., Expands Across Mid-Atlantic

Imperial Dade, a North American distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, industrial products, and janitorial supplies, has announced the acquisition of S. Freedman & Sons, Inc. (SFS). The transaction represents the 96^th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

S. Freedman & Sons, Inc. is a fourth generation led business servicing customers in numerous states across the Mid-Atlantic.
