Imperial Dade Adds Ohio Distributor

Imperial Dade has purchased The Janton Co. and G&L Supply for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.

Owned and operated by the Logan family, Janton is a janitorial products distributor servicing the state of Ohio. This marks the 74th acquisition by Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.

Founded in 1935, Jersey City, NJ-based Imperial Dade distributes a wide variety of paper, packaging, and janitorial products to clients nationwide.
