Imperial Dade Enters Hawai’i, Acquires Market Leader Triple F Distributing

Imperial Dade, a leading distributor of foodservice packaging supplies and janitorial supplies, has announced the acquisition of Triple F Distributing (Triple F). The transaction represents the 65th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Owned by Invision Diversified Holdings, LLC., Triple F is a distributor of foodservice packaging supplies, janitorial supplies, and sustainable packaging servicing each Hawaiian island. The day-to-day operations are run by Paul Ah Cook, president, and his long-tenured local management team. The management team is remaining in place and has built a strong reputation for its knowledgeable sales force, wide breadth of products and high touch customer service.
