Imperial Dade has expanded its presence in Canada with the purchase of three distributors.
In separate transactions, Imperial Dade purchased Scarborough, Ontario-based Action Paper & Packaging; Granby, Quebec’s Solutions Sherby; and Saint Laurent, Quebec-based Servicorp Industrial Supplies Inc.
Moreover, the deals mark the 60th, 61st, and 62nd acquisitions under Imperial Dade’s current leadership team, and increase the company’s product offerings and geographical footprint.
