ISSA Show North America Set For November 17-21 At Mandalay Bay Convention Center In Las Vegas
The annual ISSA Show North America is scheduled for November 17-21, 2024, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, in Las Vegas, NV. The 2024 show will offer networking, education, and product discovery opportunities at a time when collaboration and learning are essential. Staying up to date on the latest trends and solutions for cleaning, disinfection, and infection prevention — while also pursuing accreditation, training, and certification — further evolve the industry and change the way the world views cleaning.
Sponsored by ISSA and organized by Informa Markets, the 2024 ISSA Show North America will include over 650 exhibitors from across the entire cleaning ecosystem to showcase the newest products, tools, equipment, and technologies. The event addresses the critical need to enhance safety, sustainability, and efficiency in global sectors including food and dining, hospitality, health care, and more.
The annual gathering, held in conjunction with the Building Service Contractors Association International’s (BSCAI) Contracting Success Conference, will bring together a projected 14,000-plus registered professionals from over 80 countries. The expansive reach and continued growth underscores ISSA Show North America as a vital touchpoint to gain hands-on experience and education on new innovations, trends, and regulations in one of the most critical and indispensable industries in the world — all to better utilize resources to advance cleanliness.
“One of ISSA Show North America’s greatest values to the market is the ability to deliver highly qualified business opportunities across a variety of market sectors every year,” ISSA Show North America Lead Director Ed Nichols said. “Our industry partnerships allow us to bring a unique blend of distributors, suppliers and trusted brands together to utilize the most science-backed technology, research, and data, and to source all kinds of solutions to regulatory, labor, sustainability, and operational efficiency challenges.”
According to ISSA, North America has become the world’s largest cleaning industry market, significantly contributing to the international market. As this space expands, software continues to optimize automated processes to meet demand. New technologies showcased at the ISSA Show North America — such as artificial intelligence- (AI) assisted clean tech, autonomous AI-integrated service robots, and automated maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) programs — are enhancing performance.
Meanwhile, this year’s ISSA Show educational sessions — covering business development, sustainability, career development, and facility operations and management — will provide valuable insights for the hospitality, health care, residential, commercial and industrial cleaning sectors.
These sessions will share best practices, solutions, and success strategies to deliver high-quality services, tailored to each sector. Specialized courses for facility service professionals, housekeeping management, facility supply sales, and residential cleaners will also address labor law compliance, informing the industry about regulations impacting cleaning companies to improve the quality and safety of cleaning services.
“ISSA Show North America is the single most important event in the cleaning and facility solutions industry,” ISSA Executive Director John Barrett said. “We’re excited to build on last year’s successful show and welcome back the entire industry to the fantastic Mandalay Bay Convention Center this November to elevate their knowledge, expand their network, and explore the latest innovative cleaning products and solutions.”

Mandalay Bay Completes Convention Center Remodel
Host to many of the industry’s top-tier events and trade shows, Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino announced earlier this year the completion of a $100 million redesign of its 2.1-million-square-foot convention center in Las Vegas.
“The remodel, which is tailored to meet the needs and preferences of contemporary meetings and events, includes upgraded technology infrastructure, additional digital signage, and a fresh design that complements the resort’s tropical-inspired brand,” according to a press release.
“Meetings and conventions play a pivotal role in the success of Las Vegas, and the revitalization of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center demonstrates our commitment to this critical piece of our city’s foundation,” Mandalay Bay VP of Hotel Sales Ernest Stovall said. “Our goal is to evolve alongside the meetings industry to meet the needs of the modern customer. Based on invaluable insights from our customer advisory board, we crafted a space at Mandalay Bay that sets a new standard in excellence and reflects the future of modern meetings, events and trade shows.”
“The reimagined convention center has already successfully hosted some of the country’s most high-profile events and trade shows. Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is set on 120 acres featuring Mandalay Bay Beach, a tropical pool paradise with real sand,” according to the release. “The Michelob ULTRA Arena, award-winning restaurants, exhilarating entertainment, unique shopping, Shark Reef Aquarium and the convention center combine to make Mandalay Bay a captivating Las Vegas resort destination. The resort offers three distinct hotel experiences: Mandalay Bay with 3,211 rooms and suites reflecting a modern tropical ambiance; Four Seasons Hotel, a AAA Five Diamond hotel offering 424 rooms and suites; and the luxury all-suite Delano Las Vegas.”
