Kutol Announces New President, Executive Vice President

President Brandon Jones

Kutol Products Company, a manufacturer of commercial skin care products, has named Brandon Jones, president, and John Rhodenbaugh, executive vice president.

“This transition in leadership comes after thoughtful, meticulous succession planning efforts and reflects Kutol’s dedication to longevity as a family-owned business. Jones and Rhodenbaugh represent the fourth generation of Kutol ownership,” according to a press release. “Tom Rhodenbaugh, Kutol’s outgoing president, will continue to support the company by stepping into the role of chairman. Rhodenbaugh, along with his brother Joe Rhodenbaugh, led the company to experience steady growth over the last 40-plus years to include: quadrupling Kutol’s product offering, expanding to a national footprint, meeting the challenges of the H1N1 and COVID-19 pandemics, and growing the company’s sales by more than 20 times.”

Newly appointed President Brandon Jones has been with Kutol since 2015, most recently serving as vice president of sales and marketing. Jones has led the expansion and modernization of the sales and marketing teams through the addition of new positions and tools needed to flourish in the modern sales environment. In addition to his responsibilities in sales and marketing, he has responsibility over the accounting and administrative functions at Kutol.

“I am honored to lead Kutol as we embark on the next phase of our company history,” Jones said. “Building on the foundation laid by Tom and those before him in the Rhodenbaugh family, John and I remain committed to Kutol’s mission of promoting healthier living while pursuing growth opportunities and delivering exceptional value to our customers.”

John Rhodenbaugh joined Kutol in 2017 as a process improvement manager but his experience with Kutol started well before that. Rhodenbaugh worked summers in the Kutol facility while in high school, gaining first-hand experience in a variety of production and manufacturing positions. His most recent role was vice president of operations — leading the manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and research & development arms of the business.

“Kutol’s purpose of Clean Hands for a Healthy World will continue to be the guiding force for our future endeavors,” Rhodenbaugh said. “Expanding our research and development capabilities to innovatively solve customers’ problems is a top priority, along with continuing to operate our world-class, LEED Silver Certified facility with quality and continuous improvement.”

The release added: “Celebrating over 100 years in business, Kutol remains committed to its TeamMates, customers and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless transition that maintains the company’s strong performance and dedication to excellence for years to come.”
