Network Distribution And Packaging Distributors Of America Announce Intent To Merge

Network Distribution (Network) and Packaging Distributors of America (PDA), leading providers of supply chain solutions in the packaging industry, recently announced the intent to combine organizations into a single, national platform.

“The strategic combination will make a meaningful difference through the supply chain as the packaging landscape continues to experience a rapid pace of change,” according to a press release. “The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.”

PDA President George Strobel stated, “This partnership is rooted in a shared vision and mutual respect for what each has built independently. The expertise of PDA provides a cornerstone of excellence and unmatched capability that will ensure our collective future.”

Network President and CEO Alan Tomblin added, “Bringing these entities together creates a new, more resilient organization that combines our shared heritage of innovation with a scale that allows us to solve even greater challenges for our customers. We’re excited to move forward as a stronger, unified force.”

The release added: “The newly formed organization will unite the complementary offerings of each organization and serve the market as a definitive resource for diverse product solutions and innovative packaging engineering.”

The combined entity will operate out of Schaumburg, IL.
