Peter Greven U.S. Corporation Announces Acquisition Of Dreumex

Peter Greven Physioderm GmbH (PGP), a German manufacturer of occupational skin care products, has announced the acquisition of Dreumex B.V., a Dutch company known globally for its industrial hand cleaners, disinfectants, and hygiene solutions.

“Founded in 1960, Dreumex has built a strong reputation in professional hand hygiene and disinfection with subsidiaries in the Netherlands, France, and the USA, serving customers in over 50 countries worldwide,” according to a press release. “As part of the acquisition, Peter Greven U.S. Corporation will move its operations into Dreumex USA, Inc. facilities, while retaining both the independent brand products and business activities.
