Spartan Chemical Company’s Stephen H. Swigart Scholarship Awarded

Spartan Chemical Company recently announced the BSCAI Stephen H. Swigart Scholarship for Higher Education has been awarded to Michael Ridgway.

“The scholarship provides building service contractors and their families an opportunity to pursue higher education,” according to a press release. “This scholarship promotes the welfare of the public as it relates to the contract cleaning and maintenance industry. The 2024 recipient is Michael Ridgway, affiliated with Alliance Maintenance. He is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Arkansas.”
