Spartan Chemical Names Kilgore And Monteleone As Regional Managers

Spartan Chemical Company, Inc., a leader in the formulation and manufacture of sustainable cleaning and sanitation solutions for the industrial and institutional market, has announced the recent hiring of Ben Kilgore to the role of regional manager for the Eastern Iowa region; and Kevin Monteleone to the role of regional manager for the Baton Rouge, LA, region.

For the last five years, Kilgore has worked as the east district manager for US Chemical in Knoxville, TN, where he managed high-value, mutually beneficial relationships with distributors in the janitorial and sanitation vertical and developing solutions for clients spanning foodservice, healthcare, and hospitality market segments.

Prior to that, Kilgore held the role of director of sales at Central Chemical Innovations in the Knoxville area where he worked for six years specializing in janitorial solutions within the hospitality and foodservice industries. Kilgore also gained over 12 years of experience at Sealed Air Diversey Care working in sales as the distribution manager.

Kevin Monteleone

Kilgore attended Cincinnati (OH) Christian University, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management and an Associate of Science in Marketing.

For the last seven years, Monteleone worked as the account manager for Newell Brands in the Gulf South Territory, where he managed a four-state district focusing on sales in hospitals and educational institutions. Prior to that, Monteleone held the role of territory manager at ITG Brands, in southern Louisiana, where he worked for seven years in contract sales.

Monteleone attended Southeastern Louisiana University, in Baton Rouge, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
