Fowler joins Spartan in the Portland, OR, region. For the past three years, he held the role of sales representative for Ortho Great Lakes/Universal Medical Products, where he was responsible for developing and managing a high-performing sales territory specializing in orthopedic implants, surgical instruments, and biologics. In this role, Fowler built and maintained strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, procurement teams, and other stakeholders. He partnered with orthopedic surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital decision-makers to deliver comprehensive product education, including in-service training and ongoing clinical support.

Fowler attended the University of Toledo, in Toledo, OH, where he received his bachelor’s degree in finance and professional sales with a minor in healthcare administration, graduating with honors.
