Spartan’s John Swigart Elected To 2026 ISSA Board Of Directors

Spartan Chemical Company, a recognized leader in the formulation and manufacture of sustainable cleaning and sanitation solutions for the industrial and institutional market, has announced that Spartan Chemical President John Swigart was recently elected as Vice President/President-Elect to the 2026 ISSA Board of Directors.

Members of the 2026 Board were officially introduced during the ISSA General Business Meeting, which took place at the recent 2025 ISSA Show North America in Las Vegas.

“ISSA’s strength is the breadth of our community,” ISSA Executive Director John Barrett said.
“The 2026 Board reflects that diversity of roles and experience, enabling us to champion
member success across all segments while advancing cleaning as a critical investment in health
and performance.”
