This January, Hultafors Group North America started introducing its W.steps telescopic ladders to the professional markets in the United States and Canada.

“W.steps (pronounced ‘vee-steps’) traces its roots to Sweden and features a Scandinavian design and manufacturing approach that delivers a superior product that’s safe, durable and efficient,” according to a press release.

W.steps. is entering the North American markets with three premium telescopic ladder lines — PRIME, COMBI and RESCUE — that are made specifically to meet the needs of tradespeople and emergency personnel.

“While the W.steps brand is new to North America, these products have been sold throughout the world since 1996 under the Telesteps brand. Telesteps, which was acquired by Hultafors Group in 2022, invented and perfected telescopic ladder technology,” Christopher Berg, vice president of international brands, Hultafors Group North America, said.

Designed and manufactured in Sweden, the telescopic PRIME Line ladders from W.steps are available in three heights — 9.5′, 11.5′ and 13.5′. The adjustable telescopic height makes them ideal for use at a variety of commercial and residential job sites. Plus, the W.steps PRIME Line ladders feature exclusive innovations that deliver safety, durability and ease of use. In addition to adjustable safety feet, PRIME Line ladders have a full complement of accessories, including ground spikes, carry bag, tool tray, wall mount and spare parts. Visit wsteps.us.
