TASKI Introduces Next-Generation IoT Fleet Management Tool

TASKI, a provider of floor care solutions, introduces IntelliTrail 2.0, “TASKI’s latest Internet of Things (IoT) fleet tracking tool that allows customers to gain valuable insights about machine usage, location, battery health, crashes and other insights remotely,” according to a press release.

“We’re always looking for innovative ways to help customers improve machine uptime and cleaning productivity,” Shaun Tinholt, TASKI Sales Director – North America, said. “IntelliTrail 2.0 delivers advanced remote service capabilities and gives our customers total transparency into powerful machine data that can help them lower costs and achieve higher performance.”

IntelliTrail 2.0 enables a two-way data transfer from all machine components to TASKI’s cloud-based digital ecosystem. This data stream powers TASKI IntelliPredict, which monitors all key components, like the vacuum or brush motor, and issues early warnings if parts are about to fail or need replacement. This allows the machine to request maintenance from the appropriate party, preventing unexpected breakdowns and minimizing machine downtime. Over-the-air firmware updates and improvements ensure each machine remains up-to-date years after purchase. IntelliTrail 2.0 also helps businesses optimize their machine investment.

IntelliTrail 2.1, a new software update, will be released this summer to help customers analyze the cost of labor, water, chemicals and more for each machine. Customers will be able to unlock their fleet’s potential with access to real-time total cost of ownership data and sustainability reporting.

IntelliTrail 2.0 hardware is installed on all ULTIMAXX machines in North America to help manage predictive service and maximize machine uptime. For more information about IntelliTrail 2.0, visit here.
