Truelink Capital Acquires Zep, A Cleaning Products And Maintenance Services Provider
Truelink Capital (Truelink), a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, has announced it has closed the acquisition of Zep, Inc. (Zep), a manufacturer of maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation solutions for food and beverage, industrial, commercial, and residential applications. Zep was acquired from affiliates of New Mountain Capital (New Mountain), a New York-based private equity firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1937, Zep maintains a broad portfolio of high-performance cleaning, disinfecting, and maintenance products serving a diverse range of industries. Its solutions span facility-wide cleaning and sanitation, water treatment, industrial maintenance, home care products, and more, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, sustainability, and reliability.
