Vectair Acquires WizKid Products To Strengthen Product Portfolio

Vectair, a leading global provider of aircare and hygiene, has announced the acquisition of WizKid Products, an innovative manufacturer of urinal screens and mats.

“This strategic acquisition further expands Vectair’s capabilities in the commercial and industrial cleaning sectors and enhances its position in the global market,” according to a press release.

“We are excited to welcome WizKid Products into the Vectair family,” Vectair CEO Peter Lipke said. “WizKid Products’ exceptional range of urinal screens and mats, combined with their longstanding commitment to quality, aligns with our mission to offer innovative, high-quality solutions to our customers. This acquisition allows Vectair to better serve our customers through patented technologies and service excellence.”

WizKid Products, based in Dalton, GA, was founded in the early 2000s with a mission to solve common hygiene challenges found in restrooms. What began with a single product — the Original Antimicrobial Mat designed to combat odors and improve cleanliness — has grown into a full line of sanitation solutions including the Splash Hog Vertical Urinal Screen.

“WizKid Products is dedicated to creating a cleaner, fresher-smelling environment through continuous innovation and a commitment to quality. The company partners with businesses and facilities nationwide to improve restroom experiences while promoting health, cleanliness, and environmental care,” the release added.
