Distributor Imperial Dade Expands In The Midwest

It was recently announced that Imperial Dade has acquired Classic Solutions for an undisclosed sum. Owned and operated by James Creps, Classic Solutions is a Columbus, OH-based distributor of janitorial equipment and products. Classic Solutions is the 57th acquisition for Imperial Dade under its current leadership team.

“Classic Solutions has an established reputation for exceptional customer service, which makes it a great addition to the Imperial Dade platform. Partnering with Classic affirms our commitment to provide the highest quality service throughout North America,” Imperial Dade Chairman Robert Tillis said.

Founded in 1935, Jersey City, NJ-based Imperial Dade distributes a wide variety of paper, packaging, and janitorial products to clients nationwide.
