Imperial Dade Expands In New England

Imperial Dade logo Imperial Dade has acquired Green Streets USA Inc., for an undisclosed sum.

Imperial Dade’s purchase of the Hudson, NH-based paper and packaging wholesaler expands the company’s presence in the New England region. Green Streets is the 63rd acquisition by the company under its current leadership team.

“We are delighted to welcome the Green Streets team to the Imperial Dade family,” Imperial Dade Chairman Robert Tillis said.

“Imperial Dade looks forward to building upon their already established success and continuing to find ways to better serve our customers and vendor partners,” Imperial Dade CEO Jason Tillis added.
