Brightwell Extends Its Marketing Team In The United States

Brightwell, an international designer and manufacturer of chemical dispensing and dilution systems, has expanded its marketing team in the United States, appointing Erica Council as Marketing Specialist.

“Erica’s focus is to help plan, coordinate and execute marketing activity that reflects customer requirements, and drive further brand awareness and engagement across the North American market. She will build key industry relationships to elevate Brightwell’s global reputation as a leader in high-quality, innovative, and sustainable dispensing systems — designed to enhance hygiene and cleanliness,” according to a press release.

That will include showcasing Brightwell’s laundry and warewash dispensing systems, chemical dilution solutions, and surface cleaning systems. Council’s role will also involve promoting sister company, Hylab, a new global brand dedicated to businesses’ hand care and paper dispensing needs, based on years of industry experience.

Council has a decade of marketing expertise across the hospitality and business-to-business sectors. Most recently she was marketing specialist at a John Deere dealership and has held various marketing roles for several hotel and restaurant groups. Council has a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality, Tourism and Events.

The USA team, based in Lenexa, KS, offers a fully equipped training facility, technical support, chemical testing laboratories, a warehouse and a distribution center supporting customers across North America,” the release added. “Brightwell has established itself as a dominant player in the industry, with additional offices in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain to cater to the global market.”
