JaniLearn™ enables managers to “click-to-create” courses with their particular products, equipment and procedures. After selecting the choices, the system immediately creates engaging online training with 3D interactive animations.

Employees access courses 24/7 on any device, learning on their time schedule.  They can view where they are in each course as the program guides them to the next step. At completion, they earn a Certificate of Completion when test requirements are met.

Managers easily develop, manage and control their training and can view individual employee advancement and comprehension at any time. They can enhance courses by adding content, such as videos, operational manuals, facility maps and more. 

The JaniSim™ component to JaniLearn immerses the user in a gaming-type 3D training experience, making learning fun and competitive. “Users tell us that JaniSim makes them feel they are playing a video game, creating a fun way to practice what they’ve learned,” notes Scott Uselman, president of JaniTrain. 

Changes in products or procedures are easy to address with the JaniLearn system, as managers simply make the modification and the software immediately updates the training instructions.
